What's the Frequency Dan? Don't ask Dan ask Flipper!

Dan doesn't know, he just reads the teleprompter. Ask the CEO at CBS. Better yet ask Flipper. But you will have to speak in dolphin which sounds rather like the auditory microwaves that some radio operators in the Navy heard many moons ago: click, click, click click, click or squeak, squeak, squeak, squeak, squeak.

I don't know for sure but I would guess the frequency is about 5 Gigaherts pulsed as in a 5G microwave cellphone. That might resonate with the sweat glands of the skin and perhaps actuate the sensory neurons of the skin via the thermo-elastic effect.

To communicate like dolphins you would have to have another frequency that rides on top of this frequency like an audio frequency rides on top of a AM radio signal. Your best bet would be to use ultrasound like the dolphins and a series of clicks or pulses in a pattern that makes sense to your nervous system.

To get reception of good quality music it is best to multiplex the audio patterns like Patrick Flannigan's neurophone does.

Flannigan's original neurophone which was demonstrated on the quiz show "Ive Got a Secret" in the 1950s used ultrasonic frequencies from a high power transformer modulated by a vacuum tube which cut off the peak of the signal transforming it into a square wave like the pulses from a radar antenna or the squeeks of a dolphin.

At very high power ultrasound can produce heat like microwaves so this is how I suspect that Flannigan's first device worked since it worked at ultrasound radio frequencies tuned to the resonance of the skin.

Flannigan's contributions to this science and technology have not been recognized, probably because the NSA kept him from patenting his device for some time, hoping to use it for CIA mind control experiments no doubt. And there is not any doubt in my mind that Flannigan became a target of his own invention and the subject of LSD experimentation which made him as crazy as the CIA agents who engaged in LSD parties in the 1960s as a part of their own mind control project which became known as MK Ultra.

The US government has been working in this area for over half a century with its top scientists and engineers. In fact, the NSA prevented Patrick Flanagan from taking out a patent on one of his neurophone devices which enables people to hear through their skin.

"Six months after the patent was applied for, the National Security Agency placed the patent application under a top secrecy order #756,124. The order said that my invention was being suppressed in the interest of National Security. It further stated that I could be tried for treason and shot by firing squad if I revealed its working nature to anyone other than an authorized government representative."

Neuroscientists have always known that neurons are not "hard wired" as Flanagan says but are connected to each other through "gap junctions" which release neurotransmitters in an all or none fashion. Nerves in the skin can become tuned to certain frequencies to form channels to the brain just like the nerve cells in the cochlea.

The requirement for square waves in skin hearing and pulses in auditory microwave hearing probably represents the all or none firing property of nerve cells.

The eyes and ears have evolved from skin - the nervous system and the epidermis are both derived embryonically from the ectoderm of the embryo. So it should come as no surprise that scientists are finding out that we do not need ears to hear or eyes to see but only skin to perceive - with a little help from high tech of course.

Chalk this one up as a spin off of Adam's Smith's "invisible hand" but in this case it is not the invisible hand of free enterprise but the hidden hand of the Federal Reserve and its money mad Wall Streeters and Zionist Bankers who have taken CIA employee Timothy Leary's advice to tune in, turn on and drop out of the school of helping humanity with science and technology.

During the Carter Administration it was believed that you do not have to rely on so many suits on the ground; so the NSA likes to do things like directing drones to fire missiles at targets in the middle east, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and quite possibly the World trade center and the Pentagon.

During the Clinton body count era Jewish Christian convert radio talk show host Marlin Maddox interviewed Larry Nichols who said that he had killed people for the Clintons and offered the videos "Obstruction of Justice the Mena Connection", and "Clinton's Rise to Power" on his Christian radio show "Point of View."

Maddox and "Point of View" were pushing the Neocon anti-Islam agenda of David Horowitz at the time. They falsely claimed that Christians were being persecuted and enslaved in the Sudan by Muslims. They were against Daddy Bush and his "New World Order" but were convinced that GW was a conservative and on their side.

However, once GW stole his first election, Maddox found out that the Clinton Democrats were in league with Reagan's Neocon-Republicans. GW was unlikely to do anything about Clinton's drug smuggling activities at Mena Arkansas as they were connected to the CIA's funding of the Contras.

In fact, GW and his brother Jeb were both personally in on the drug smuggling. GW took possession of Barry Seal's "Fat lady" after Seal was allegedly killed by the Columbian Drug Cartel.

It is of interest that Maddox started talking about having heart problems and how the CIA had a device that could cause a heart attack from a distance after he learded that the Dems and Reps were in bed with each other in the Mena drug smuggling scandal.

Bill Cooper did not think much of the idea but an old man like Maddox would have been particularly susceptible to such an attack. Maddox used to say that he had a face made for radio. He also listened to Cooper's radio show and may have gotten the idea of that the NSA was targeting him from one of Bill Cooper's shows. Particularly this one:

Your tax dollars at work folks. "National security" = protection of governmental orgnanized crime.
